OAKLAND — Oakland resident Bryson Matthew Dixon, 24, who was previously charged with DUI in the Dec. 9 crash that killed his passenger, has been charged with three counts of homicide by motor vehicle, according to the Garrett County Sheriff’s Office.
Samantha Gibson, 21, was ejected during the 1:30 a.m. crash and taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va., where she was pronounced dead. ….MORE
