DUI/Drug Arrest- On March 31, 2020, Dep. Haas conducted a vehicle stop in the 46400 block of Midway Drive in Lexington Park.  Contact was made with the operator of the vehicle, Kelli Aaliyah Richardson, age 19 of Lexington Park. Observed in the vehicle’s ashtray was suspected marijuana. Also located in the vehicle was suspected K2, an envelope containing a green leafy substance, and a suspected CDS smoking device containing residue. Richardson was taken into custody and tried repeatedly to pull away from officers, and attempted to flee from officers on foot while handcuffed. Upon entering the detention center a small plastic baggie containing a white powdery substance fell from Richardson’s pants. Richardson was charged with two counts of Possession of CDS: Not Marijuana, Possession of CDS: Paraphernalia, Possession of Contraband at Place of Confinement, Resist/Interfere with Arrest, Driving While So Impaired by Drugs and Alcohol Incapable of Driving Safely, Driving While Impaired by Controlled Dangerous Substance, and Attempt by Driver to Flee Uniformed Police on Foot

Concealment of Dangerous Weapon: On April 23, 2021, Cpl. Gray Maloy responded to the Charlotte Hall Wawa convenience store for the report of a man wielding a knife around in the parking lot. Upon arrival, Cpl. Maloy made contact with Bruce Doremus Tlucka, 49 of no fixed address, who was carrying three knives inside the waistband of his pants, concealed by his jacket. Tlucka was arrested for Concealment of a Dangerous Weapon and also served an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear: DUI.

DUI/Drug Arrest-On March 21, 2020, Dep. Burgess attempted to stop a vehicle in the 20500 block of Treetop Road in Lexington Park. James Craig Proctor, age 32 of Lexington Park, failed to stop and deputies pursued the vehicle. Proctor stopped the vehicle and fled on foot. Proctor was quickly located and taken into custody. Located in Proctor’s vehicle was suspected CDS smoking device containing residue (suspected cocaine). Proctor was arrested and charged with CDS: Possession of Paraphernalia, CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana, Driving While So Far Impaired by Drugs Cannot Drive Safely, Driving Vehicle While Impaired by a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Driving on Revoked License and Privilege, Attempt by Driver to Elude Uniformed Police by Failing to Stop, and Attempt by Driver to Elude Police by Fleeing on Foot.

DUI/Drug Arrest- On March 21, 2020, Dep. Palmer responded to the 25500 block of Point Lookout Road in Leonardtown, for the reported motor vehicle accident. The investigation determined Dustin Allen Willett, age 28 of White Plains, had been operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. Willett was arrested and located on Willett’s person was a package containing suspected Suboxone. Willett was charged with Possession of CDS: Not Marijuana, Driving Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving Vehicle While Impaired by Alcohol, and Driving Vehicle While so far Impaired by Drugs and Alcohol Cannot Drive Safely.

Melvin Lee Mackall, (DOB 03/07/1959) of 310 Laurel Drive, Lusby, Md., was arrested for DUI by St. Mary’s Sheriff Deputy David Lawrence on March 6, 2017.  In a plea deal in St. Mary’s County Circuit Court, Mackall entered guilty pleas to DWI and operating a moped on a highway without a license or permit.  THE DEAL: Mackall was sentenced to three years in prison with all but 18 months suspended allowing him to serve his jail time in the St. Mary’s Jail instead of the Big House.
