It wasn’t hard for a Minnesota trooper to spot: numerous vehicles bunched up in both lanes on Interstate 90 behind a westbound white semi.
Trooper Kyle Froehlich was responding to a complaint of a truck swerving all over the road on July 28.
Court documents say Froehlich saw the truck move from the right lane to the left, almost striking a motorcyclist.
