OMAHA, Neb. — A bank vice president told a judge Wednesday he’s learned a hard lesson and is ready to take responsibility for being a repeat offender of driving under the influence.
Mark Dahir, 38, appeared before a Douglas County District Court judge for the sentencing of a third DUI offense from August.
Prosecutors had lowered the charge from a fourth offense to a third. That was before police arrested Dahir, accusing him of being high on meth when they said he caused an injury crash in February. ….MORE
