Rheganne L. Vaughn, 43, whose Luna County job involved overseeing the county’s DWI prevention program, was arrested by State Police late in the evening of May 7 for alleged driving under the influence, The Deming Headlight reported.
Vaughn, who is director of Luna County Health and Welfare, overseeing the county’s grant-funded programs, was booked at the Luna County Detention Center at 3 a.m. May 8 and was released on bond, according to The Headlight.
