JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WIVB) – In Jamestown, a woman is charged with a joyride in another person’s car, with a BAC more than three times the legal limit. Wednesday, police were called to a vehicle accident on N. Main Street around 11:14 p.m. When they arrived, they saw a van off the road with no occupants inside. Shortly after, the van’s owner called police to say the vehicle was taken without permission from his residence. Officers say, they returned to the vehicle to find 34-year-old Danielle Howie revving the engine of the van, with 25-year-old Jessica Harmon.   MORE
