New York: holiday arrests for DWI keep cops hopping, drunks using shopping money for bail…nah…they likely wouldn’t have bought anyone anything anyway…

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Despite the warnings of police patrols on the night before Thanksgiving, a number of western New Yorkers were charged with DWI Wednesday night and early Thursday morning.
The Erie County Sheriff’s office arrested eight residents by patrolling deputies.
+38-year-old Joseph Wyzykiewicz of Marilla was arrested in Wales and charged with felony DWI due to a prior DWI and consumption of alcohol in a vehicle. Police say his BAC was .15 percent.
+29-year-old Ryan Warnke of Buffalo was pulled over for speeding and arrested in Boston, charged with DWI. His BAC was reportedly .12 percent.
+30-year-old Jonathan Palma of Cheektowaga was stopped in the town for driving erratically. He was charged with DWI, failure to keep right, driving on the shoulder, and seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Deputies say his BAC was .12 percent.  ….MORE
