Troopers charged 15 motorists with driving while intoxicated after recent traffic stops and investigations in Rockland, Westchester and Putnam counties, state police said.
Danielle Campisi, 36, of North Salem was charged with misdemeanor driving while intoxicated about 3:15 a.m. today on Interstate 684 in Bedford after a trooper stopped her for speeding, an infraction. She refused to submit to a chemical test, a violation, and was ordered to appear in Bedford Town Court on Dec. 29.
