A man has been charged with DWI and driving without a license in New Bern according to police after he was pulled over while driving a stolen Virginia school bus.
New Bern police say they stopped 27-year-old Samuel Mullenhauer around 8 p.m. Saturday night.
Chesapeake Schools spokesman Tom Cupitt now says the bus was stolen from Joliff Middle School sometime over the weekend. He says they believe the bus might have been
