A Denton man faces charges in the death of his 6-year-old daughter Friday in a DWI crash, state troopers said today.
Rodney Harvey Foland, 43, of 7303 Farmer Denton Road is charged with DWI and felony death by motor vehicle in the accident Friday afternoon that
killed his daughter Rosalei, the state Highway Patrol said.
Foland’s 4-year-old son Tommy Dale Foland was also injured in the 4:35 p.m. accident and is in serious condition at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.
