Former Oklahoma State receiver Justin Blackmon was arrested early Sunday morning in Stillwater on a complaint of aggravated DUI.
Blackmon, 22, was stopped at approximately 3:01 a.m. in a white Chevy Tahoe going 60 miles per hour in a 35 mph zone, according to the police report.
