DAUGHERTY TWP. — Police have filed a vehicular homicide charge against a New Brighton man who was driving more than 100 mph when he crashed, killing his passenger, more than a year ago.
The charges against Robert Allen Nesmith Jr., 25, no address available, include driving under the influence of alcohol, according to online court documents.
Christopher Turner, 22, of 302 Craig St., New Brighton, died of blood loss from a fractured pelvis and fractured leg in the accident, which occurred at 4:22 a.m. Sept. 11, 2010, on Marion Hill Road in Daugherty Township. ….MORE
