Pennsylvania: Leonard Dumin was found in his Expedition after killing driver in head-on wreck; now waives hearing for DUI murder

CLEARFIELD – An Imler man was waived his right to a preliminary hearing in a DUI homicide case.
Leonard Dumin faces charges of homicide by vehicle while DUI; two counts of aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI; two counts of recklessly endangering another person; and related DUI charges.
According to court records, state police were called to the scene of an accident on July 1 on state Route 53 in Irvona Borough. A trooper at the scene reported a black Ford Expedition in the south lane of travel, facing north, with front end damage. A brown Suzuki Forenza was also at the scene, off of the east side of the road, also with front end damage. The driver of the Forenza, Marie E.
