SPARTANBURG COUNTY, S.C. — A Spartanburg courtroom was crowded Friday with family and friends on both sides of a case in which a man is accused of killing a high school student in a DUI wreck on April 7.
Blake White, 27, was back in court as his lawyer asked a judge to reconsider setting bond for him on charges of felony DUI involving death, three counts of felony DUI involving great bodily injury and one count of driving under suspension. White has a crushed ankle and broken ribs, and did not stand during the hearing. His lawyer did the talking. ….MORE
