Summary of last arrest: Allegedly crashed a 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue on Old Broadway near Dutch Valley Road. An officer wrote he was unsteady on his feet, slurred his speech, had red-watery eyes and smelled strongly of alcohol. Refused sobriety and blood tests.
Noteworthy:Following his most recent DUI arrest in April 2010, he posted a $10,000 bond, skipped out on a court hearing and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He fled to Dayton, Ohio, where he was arrested in July 2011 and is now serving a prison sentence after being convicted of felony charges of inducing panic and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
