Country crooner Randy Travis now faces a criminal charge of driving while intoxicated in Grayson County stemming from an incident last August near Tioga.
The Grayson County District Attorney’s charge alleges that Travis had a blood-alcohol content of greater than 0.15, making the charge a Class A misdemeanor, punishable by up to two years in jail and a $4000 fine.
