A 63-year-old Houston man was charged with third-degree felony DWI after a major rollover accident on I-45 sent him to Huntsville Memorial Hospital earlier this week.
Miguel Alvarez was traveling south in the 600 block of Interstate 45 around 5:30 p.m. Monday when his 2002 Chevrolet Silverado went airborne, crashing into a power pole owned by Entergy.
