ALEXANDRIA, Va. – The man charged in the deadly drunk driving crash that killed an eight-year-old Alexandria boy Sunday will remain in jail until his next court date in February.
Police say Victor Aldana hit the boy and his mother as they were walking down Duke Street. After his bail hearing Tuesday morning, the Alexandria Commonwealth’s Attorney told FOX 5 Aldana had been drinking for several hours before Sunday afternoon’s deadly collision that killed Brian Hernandez-Chavez. ….MORE
