Colorado Springs police arrested a man early Wednesday morning on suspicion of driving while intoxicated after he hit a bicyclist, knocking him onto the pavement.
Jeffery Givens, 21, was driving eastbound on Pikes Peak Avenue just before 1 a.m., and was swerving between lanes, police said. When he came to the intersection of Hancock and Pikes Peak avenues, he swerved and hit a bicyclist. …..MORE
