

DWI HIT PARADE: Barbara Schmidt caught by Prince William County Police with her infant on Christmas Eve booze cruise
HAYMARKET, VA. – The Prince William County, Virginia Police report that on December 24, 2019, at 2:25 AM, officers observed the driver of a 2007 Honda CRV unable to maintain their lane of travel and exceeding the speed limit while on James Madison Hwy. near Market Ridge Blvd. in Haymarket, Va.
. Officers initiated a traffic stop and made contact with the driver of the vehicle, identified as the accused. During the interaction, officers determined the accused was under the influence of alcohol.
A 10-month-old baby girl was also inside of the vehicle, in addition to one other adult. No injuries were reported. Following the investigation, the accused, identified as, Barbara Corinne SCHMIDT, 26, of 1270 High Top Rd. in Lindon, Va., was charged with felony child neglect, driving under the influence and reckless driving.
