MONTGOMERY COUNTY, VA –The man convicted in a DUI crash that took place in Elliston back in August of 2011, and seriously hurt four people, will head to prison.
According to Montgomery County Deputy Commonwealth’s Attorney Mary K. Pettitt, James Rickman was sentenced to 25 years in prison on Tuesday. However, the judge in the case suspended all but eight years. …MORE
