A Lakeland woman has been charged with driving under the influence manslaughter in a fatal crash that occurred in September, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Kiesha Lacole Montoya, 26, had a blood alcohol level of 0.210, according to FHP. In Florida, a driver is considered impaired with a blood alcohol level of .08. Montoya was also charged with driving under the influence property damage, FHP said.  …MORE
