A motorcyclist who crashed into an unmarked police cruiser in April was charged on Friday with driving under the influence, the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office said.

Martin McFadden, 23, of Tarpon Springs, had a blood-alcohol level of .080 and .081 at the time of the April 27 crash. In Florida, a driver is considered impaired with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08. McFadden also had marijuana in his system at the time of the crash, the sheriff’s office said.
