(May 5, 2011) — Sheriff’s deputies report that on 5/4/11 Todd Spink, 49, of Rockford, was arrested by Ogle County Sheriff’s Deputies on an outstanding warrant for DUI. Johnson was not able to post the $3,000.00 (10%) bond and is being held in the Ogle County Jail. Spink was set to appear on court on 5/5/11 at 1:00 p.m.
