According to the Ogle County Sheriff’s Office, on 012113 at 2:02 AM Ogle County Deputies investigated a vehicle stopped at Lindenwood and Stillman Road. After an investigation Deputies arrested Michael Crook, age 21 of Oregon for Driving Under the Influence of Drugs, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Improper Parking on the roadway. Crook was transported to the Ogle County jail where he is being held in lieu of bond.

On 01/20/13 at 11:45 pm Ogle County Sheriff’s Deputies performed a traffic stop at the Mobil gas station parking lot in Byron.  After an investigation, deputies placed Joshuah Perez, age 32 of Forreston under arrest for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Possession of Cannabis more than 2.5 grams but less than 10 grams.  Joshuah was also issued citations for Disobeying a Stop sign and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.  Perez was transported to the Ogle County jail and held in lieu of bond.

On 1/29/13 at approximately 3:19 AM Ogle County Sheriff’s Deputies observed a vehicle in the ditch while in the 2,000 Block of North Stillman Road.  After investigation, deputies placed James Brown, age 58 of Rockford, under arrest for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.  James was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond. 

On 2/03/13, at approximately 3:30 AM Ogle County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident in the 1,000 block of North IL Route 251.   After investigation, Deputies placed Seth Coursey, age 22 of Belvidere under arrest for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.  Seth was uninjured in the accident.  Seth was also issued citations for Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident and Improper Lane Usage.  Seth was transported to the Ogle County Jail and lieu of bond. 

On 02/02/13 at approximately 4:12 AM Ogle County Sheriff’s Deputies performed a traffic stop in the 500 Block of East Washington Road.  After investigation Deputies placed Adam Plass, age 30 of Rockford, under arrest for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol.  Adam was also issued a citation for Improper Lane Usage .  Adam was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
