LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) — A car accident that occurred Friday evening in the 7100 block of Manslick Road has turned deadly.

Preliminary investigations reveal that the driver of a gold Mazda was heading northbound on Manslick Road and was weaving across the driving lanes. According to police, the driver of that vehicle crossed into the southbound lane and struck a black Chrysler 300 head on.
