A Knox County constable was arrested and charged with driving under the influence early Friday, during a traffic stop just after midnight.
According to the Kentucky State Police Division of Commercial Vehicle Enforcement, 5th District Constable Carl Bolton, 50, of Woodbine, was driving east on the Corbin Bypass (KY 3041) in Whitley County.
