Mississippi: Highway Patrol charged Malandus Penson with double DUI manslaughter; killed Rachel Lynch & Maddie Kruse

Rachel Lynch and Maddie Kruse killed in Miss DUI crash Briarcrest School

MARSHALL COUNTY, Miss. –Malandus Penson is charged with two counts of DUI after two Briarcrest Christian School students died in a crash on Highway 78.

Investigators with the Mississippi Highway Patrol said the two-car crash happened near the Desoto County line around 6:30 a.m. Sunday.

The car, in which the students were riding, was rear ended and rolled off of the highway.
