A County Prep High School special-education teacher who moonlights as a full-time Jersey City Parking Authority supervisor was charged with drunken driving Sunday night after police say he swiped parked cars on Summit Avenue and then crashed into a utility pole.

Joseph Curran, 53, of Sherman Place, had a blood-alcohol level of 0.28, three and a half times the legal limit, police allege.

He earns $61,653 as a County Prep teacher and $74,798 as a JCPA official.
