New York: Dennis Drue facing DWI charges in death of two teens; officials mum on BAC level

It is still unknown if Dennis Drue, the 22-year-old Clifton Park man involved in the fatal Northway crash, was drunk when he hit an SUV carrying four local teens, killing two.
A joint statement released by the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office and New York State Police say they received the blood test results regarding his blood alcohol content (BAC) on the night of the crash, but whether there was or was not alcohol in his system, the D.A’s Office is “ethically prohibited from disclosing the percentage of alcohol by weight in Drue’s blood.”
