Arrested were: – John F. Martin, 27, of Brewster was charged with driving while intoxicated and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanors, around 3:15 a.m. today on Doansburg Road in Southeast. A passenger, Robert J. DiMaggio, 27, of Pawling, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, after he was found with a quantity of suspected cocaine, police said.
