CARMEL, N.Y. — Police on Thursday arrested a man whose car left the road and struck a utility pole, officials said.
Ian Daniel, 23, of Patterson, N.Y., was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving after he allegedly exceeded the .08 legal limit on a Breathalyzer test, according to a Carmel police news release issued Friday.
