Janet L. Eagan, age 59 of Middleport, NY was arrested on December 19, 2014 for Driving While Intoxicated.

Niagara County Sheriff Dispatch received a 911 call of a reckless driver on Snyder Road near South Transit Road in the Town of Lockport. Troopers located and stopped the vehicle.

Eagan was run through Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which she failed and was subsequently placed under arrest for DWI and transported to SP Lockport for processing. Eagan refused the breath test.

Eagan was issued citations and was arraigned in the Town of Lockport Court. She was remanded to Niagara County Jail in lieu of $250 cash/$500 bond. Eagan is scheduled to appear in the Town of Lockport Court on January 8, 2015.
