A 20-year-old Cherry Creek man has been charged with driving while intoxicated, after his vehicle left a Chautauqua County road and overturned early Sunday morning, Chautauqua County sheriff’s officials reported today.
Tyler C. Bailey was southbound on Route 83 in the Town of Arkwright shortly before 6 a.m. Sunday, when his vehicle left the roadway. In attempting to steer the vehicle back on the road, he overcorrected, causing the vehicle to overturn, authorities said. ….MORE
