The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses:  ■ Austin F. Medley, 23, of 10312 Fourth Armored Division Drive, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police with aggravated DWI at 2:42 p.m. Saturday on Arcade Street. His blood level was 0.19 percent, police said. A BAC level of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law.
