Pennsylvania: Joshua Ward charged with DUI homicide for July 6th fatal crash on I-95;

A Broomall man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a July 6 crash that  killed another man on I-95 in Tinicum Township, state police said.

Joshua Ward was charged with homicide by motor vehicle while driving under  the influence and other related crimes. Bail was set at $250,000, and he was  remanded to the Delaware County jail, ….MORE
