PENN HILLS, Pa. — Charges have been filed against a woman who was being followed by police when she got into a car crash that killed another woman in Penn Hills last month.
The fatal rollover wreck happened on the evening of Feb. 18 on Verona Road. Police said 25-year-old victim Kayla Johnson-Ukeyne lived a few homes away from the crash scene.
