A Venango County man has been charged with homicide by vehicle after he crashed, killing a passenger inside his car early Sunday morning in Cornplanter, police said.
The passenger, Mark R. O’Neil was, 53, of Oil City, was killed when the vehicle crashed at state Route 8 and Quaker Drive around 12:50 a.m., according to police.
