NEWPORT, R.I. (WPRI) – Newport Police have charged local prominent attorney Brian Cunha with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
Newport police tell Eyewitness News that Cunha was pulled over just before 1:00 am Saturday morning.
Cunha was seen rolling through a stop sign on Narragansett Ave, stopping in the middle of the intersection.
