South Carolina: Highway Patrol charged Jacqueline Medlin with DUI manslaughter for killing her passenger in crash

South Carolina Highway Patrol Lance Cpl. Matt Southern of the South Carolina Department of Public Safety said that 49-year-old Jacqueline Medlin of Conway, S. C., was driving a 2015 Chevrolet sedan southbound on Cultra Road at 1:48 a.m. Tuesday when she lost control of the vehicle, crashed and killed her passenger.
