(March 8, 2011) — Assistant Commonwealth Prosecutor in Prince William County, Douglas Bradley Marshall, of Haymarket, VA., will appear in Fairfax County District Court on March 14, 2011 for a preliminary hearing on charges placed against him on Dec. 11, 2010.
The charges include: possession of drugs, refused a blood/breath test, drinking while operating a vehicle, and DWI 1st offense.
Marshall was stopped on a traffic stop and arrested for DWI. An officer found one Percocet pill in a bottle resulting in the drug charge. The Commonwealth’s Attorney told a reporter that he would not suspend Marshall unless he is convicted.
