Arkansas: FINALLY…an honest drunk driver! Cops say man confessed to being drunk and requested he be sent to prison

(Jacksonville, Arkansa July 2, 2011) — Around 1:30 June 30, Deputy James Koch was conducting stationary radar speed enforcement on Military Road when he saw a white Ford Expedition driving fast.
According to the arrest report, Koch estimated the vehicle was traveling at 60 mph and when he clocked the SUV on his radar gun, it was going 61 mph in a 45 mph zone.
Koch pulled the car over at a gas station at Military Road and J.P. Wright Loop. The driver, identified as David Kyzer, got out of his car. Koch got out of his patrol unit and told Kyzer to get back in the SUV, but when Kyzer lost his balance and nearly fell over, Koch told him to stand next to the vehicle.  ….MORE
