Florida: Jordan Scott Griffith charged with DUI homicide in death of Samuel Brooks Rogers

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – A suspect has been arrested on multiple  DUI charges related to the death of Samuel Brooks Rogers, an FSU student, according to Tallahassee police.
Police say Jordan Scott Griffith, the suspect, is being arrested and charged with vehicular homicide, DUl manslaughter, DUI with serious bodily injury, DUI with injury and DUI property damage.
Rogers died in a head-on collision between his vehicle and Griffith’s car that happened October 30, 2011, in the area of West Tharpe Street and San Luis Road.
