According to the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office, On January 15, 2016, at approximately 11:59 am a Lancaster County Deputy Sheriff stopped a white 2015 Ford E350 RV Licensed 7NYL007 [California] for a traffic violation on Van Dorn Street near Park Blvd.

UPDATE: Sheriff provides this name as the correct name for the passenger: RAHMAN MEIBODI NABAVI

The RV was driven by Isabel Mallar, 28, and RAHMAN MEIBODI NABAVI , 28, was a passenger in the vehicle. During the traffic stop, a search of the vehicle was conducted, and approximately 1517 pounds of marijuana was located in the RV.

Both Isabel Mallar and RAHMAN MEIBODI NABAVI were arrested and lodged in jail for possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver and possession of money in violation of State Statute 28-416 [Both charges are felonies.]

Abbas Hajinabarzi, 51, was contacted in a white Toyota Camry and through the investigation it was determined that Abbas Hajinabarzi was traveling with Isabel Mallar and RAHMAN MEIBODI NABAVI  and was associated with the transportation of the marijuana. He was arrested and lodged for conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance [28-202] which is a felony.
