State police have identified the man killed by an alleged drunk driver Wednesday on Interstate 93 southbound in Windham.

Angel Gonzalez, 44, of Boston was standing next to a Honda Accord near Exit that he had been driving
with two other occupants.

He was attempting to change a flat tire when Pauline Kochniec, 47, of Berlin, N.H., who was also traveling southbound in the
