NEW YORK (Nov. 18, 2012) — A New York City police officer was arrested and charged with driving drunk this week – the third officer to be hit with DWI charges in a period of a week.
Police said Officer Miguel Ocasio, 30, was arrested around 2:20 a.m. Friday and charged with resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated and refusing to take a breathalyzer test.
