Troopers say a Plymouth town council member is charged with a hit and run Thursday which sent a 14 year old girl to the hospital. They say 42 year old Aneka Gibson blew a .27 on a breathalyzer test which is more than three times the legal limit. She is charged with  DWI, felony hit and run, having no insurance or inspection,and fictitious tags

Police say they found Gibson at her home after a girl was hit by a truck as she walked down the street in Plymouth Thursday night and the red Dodge pickup took off.
