COVINGTON – City commissioner Steve Frank pleaded guilty to driving under the influence Wednesday, five days after a Covington police officer pulled him over for running two stop signs.
Frank, 55, paid his $784 fine at 8:47 a.m., according to court records.
He was scheduled to appear in Kenton District Court at 9:30 a.m. but Judge Douglas Grothaus allowed Frank to plead guilty about 8:30 a.m.   …..MORE
