SMITH COUNTY, TX (KLTV) -A Lindale firefighter has been arrested for DWI after crashing into a Tyler gas station last November.
On Tuesday, 29-year-old Christopher Combs was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol concentration greater than .15.
In November, Tyler Police said Combs crashed into an Exxon gas station on Gentry Parkway after dozing off behind the wheel.
One of the gas station pumps was completely uprooted. Surveillance video from the crash showed the ice cream freezer inside the store slid across the floor when one gas pump hit the building.
