Lufkin radio station owner Stephen Yates was arrested by Lufkin Police Thursday night on a second probation violation stemming from a felony DWI conviction.
Yates, 52, the owner of Yates Broadcasting, has been on probation since March 2007 for his third DWI conviction out of Polk County, according to previous reports. A motion to revoke his probation was filed earlier this week, as he was allegedly driving a vehicle without a Breathalyzer installed, according to Polk County District Clerk records.
